Ash-Kennard
that is a nice guitar, I bet the power it can produce isto the similar B.C.RICH's
Tomm
Looks like a nice guitar but I really don't like those sort of shape. Same applies for the Gibson Explorer and Flying V (most uncomfortable guitar anyway). Enjoy it anyway.
Dr. Nick Riviera
Flying V's are ok if you're 12 feet tall, however anything less and it takes your kneecaps off .
MasterOfGussets
Not too bad. I don't mind the shape personally. I just don't like Peavey.. hot humbuckers aren't my thing either. If you wanted something weird looking and hot sounding, I would have picked a Les Paul Gothic with Floyd Rose... Only 22 frets. But you could just learn to bend properly to get the higher notes All-in-all, I like it... but I'm still a Gibson whore. (Hopefully I'll have enough to get a decent SG by New Year!) All you need now is a beefy Marshall valve amp to go with the hot hb's.
Dan Clark
Nah, Mesa are far nicer:P
Jules
Hate it lol, spose if you like it thats all that matters, and im sure it sounds quite nice.Edit: How much did you pay for it? I hope not much over £50. Edited May 28, 2006 by Jules
MasterOfGussets
Nah, Mesa are far nicer:PAn over-priced amp that makes a horrible American sound?! If we're going into amps I prefer Laney. British made, fair prices and they're not Marshall!
Haz
I think Laney are too muddy really, if you like british Amps, you can't go wrong with an Ashdown. Mesa are overpriced, bu they sound prety good.I would funking love an Ampeg though.

Haz
That's pretty nice, what is it? I'd love a hollowbody guitar, even though I play bass, hollowbodies are sweet.
Dr. Nick Riviera
what is that chris? looks like a 335 or something. is it the real?

Dan Clark
If we're talking amps, ENGL > all.I just need to save Ashdowns are super sweet though, my local shop has one cheap and I wouldn't mind picking it up.
TomR
Laney are shit, apart from the really oldskool tube amps. MEsa have a good tone but tend to sound sloppy and fuzzy without some decent rack gear. Peavey 5150/6506 or engls are where its at.Check out www.myspace.com/fellsilent for some engl recorded sounds aswell as www.myspace.com/tesseractIve got an ashdown FA60 head and its great for the price. Add a boss NS2 and an EQ pedal and youre laughing. I can upload a clip of the ashdown if anyone wants?
