PaRtZ
I've gone from koxx brown to koxx brown and the new pads aren't as good as the old ones as they've not bedded in. Any suggestions to good methods of bedding in?I have a medium grind with water system if that helpsThanks

ogre
Put a new grind on and then just go out and ride, although don't do anything to big/stupid untill your pads have bedded in properly...
ScotchDave
Bedding in is the process of your pads wearing to the shape of the rim, and removing the top layer of pad, also sometimes it is heat hardening of the material (mostly only in disc pads), so drag your brake lightly for a little bit, I find using a bit of muc off on rims helps too. PaRtZ
Janson was right :$I had heard that putting a bit of water on the rim, and then pumping the brake whilst riding helps too (and it did) so i did that and pumped it for about a mile and its pretty good
