My Pazzaz bars lasted over 3 years and they're still holding up fine. I sold them to Mat though, 'cos I fancied trying the 30" risers, so I bought some second hand. Unfortunately, they've cracked - as far as I can tell. Got some silver Zoo bars on now and they feel pretty good. I think the Pazzaz/Onza bars felt stiffer, but I'm not 100% about that...

i think the onza bars are defo stiffer i can feel it straight the way when i switch bikes but i like that alot in the zoo bars.

Mine are only a few months old so I cant really comment on the strength of them...

Zoo bars feel completely wank IMO, they also feel much flatter than my CF's. Think I'll get some monty bars soon though, my onza's are getting a bit boring :P

man you must be SERIOUSLY heavy!

i ran the same set for 2 1/2 years, and they were perfect right up to the day i sold them!

mine survived LOADS of massive drop gaps, several pretty serious crashes, and outlasted pretty much every other component on my bike!

bigman ran a set as well, and we all know what he weighs :P his lasted perfectly well too, and never gave him any trouble.

i believe they were the bars he was running on his mighty 7ft drop to front wheel crash as well...... and as far as i know, his bars are still going strong on someone elses bike.

really guys, they are SOLID bars.....

however- i recently switched to Zoo! bars after so long on the onzas. and i really do much prefer the Zoo's

at the time, the onzas felt great, but as soon as the zoo bars went on, the whole bike felt REALLY different, just much more trialsy and flickable.

go with Zoo bars for sure!

Then you obviously just have better luck than me! i am a DAMN smooth rider :P well i sure as hell aint harsh. It also depends wether you are takling about 28inch or 30inch cause the 30inch ones are weaker for obvious reasons...

The bottom line is that some guys are lucky and some are un lucky. I understand that some pretty mega people run the bars but basically there are too many people out there suffering from the inadaquate build quality that onza provide with these bars. I am not a harsh rider or a fatty at just 11stone (not exactly sumo) so why do their products persistantly let me down? I think it is too hit and miss with these bars to ever reccommend them to anyone - they might be lucky, but then again might not. And to think they cant offer any better than half price replacement on bars less than a month old is f*cking appauling.

I used to repect onza.... i dont any more.
