Simon
HTTP Tunnel.Run it from a floppy/USB drive/CD so it doesn't need to be installed.Pow.Google around, requires you to setup something at home, but does the job. I've never tried it, but it has no reason not to work, as it sets up a direct connection to your home connection, and uses your home connection to connect to pages, they are then delivered down the tunnel to the connecting computer. Also means no one can abuse your home computer if you are away from your school computer, like someone could if you went the VNC route. So I had newsleecher which was meant to be on port 119 (blocked by the uni) being tunnelled through 80 (not blocked by the uni). So... all your traffic will still be going through port 80/their web server/websense.What you've described sounds like using your home computer as a proxy - if youre going to use that you may as well use one of the free anonymous proxies you can find on the internet. Even in that case it'd require changing the proxy settings in your browser, and they most likely cant be changed as they'll be set up to use the schools proxy, and you'll need to leave that be if you want to get outside of the local network (ie the internet).I think
