Ive noticed that anybike i cock my leg over i can ride pretty darn well within 20mins, i thort all riders could do this but apparently not.

so who can/cant

I'm not one for it. I ride any other mod, I just hate it, It never feels smooth, just jerky and horrible. Nothing like your own bike :)

As for 26"...I just avoid all together, its like trying to backwheel a penny farthing.

Hahaha so true.

I had ago on caps steed the other day and it felt like is was trying to lift a barge, but once on backwheel it felt like a mod :S

I find it quite easy to adapt to pretty much any stock bike.......aslong as it's under 1070 wb, being 5ft 4 tends not to let me ge along with larger bikes.

Mods take me a bit longer to get used to, not having one myself makes it even harder, but riding my mates for an hour or 2 once a week helps, i reckon i could get the hang of it in 30 mins or so, given the chance

I'm usually alright with going on other peoples bikes once i've gotten used to how their brakes work, which only takes a minute or two. I can also switch between riding a stock and a mod pretty easily too although i don't do anything massive on the little bikes because i dont really trust them, i can sidehop them pretty well though :D .

urm well i can change between stocks but cant ride it aswell as mine as i dont have confidence in the bike.. i dont bother with mods as when i get back on to my stock sidehops are so crap !, the best person who i know who can adapt is neil its quite funjny acctually he seems tobe able to ride my bike better than his ! for example his bike had abit of a boo boo while we were out the other day and we just got to the place so i said try mine out and he was findiong everything alot easyer ... ive also seen him go on anyones mod and ride it with ease..

I can pretty much adapt to most bikes, had a longer stem on my bike, felt kewl, changed to a shorter stem. Also felt cool, but in a different way. Just kinda adjusted but seemed ok. Cant go from stock to mod, as it feels generally gayyyy IMHO. But i managed todo some backwheeling on my dads old school mountain bike. Nothing to big, but its possible.

I can adapt preety easy i think, mods feel really weird to me though. I can ride Montys easy i love them but other mods feel weird riding on.

I can any 26" after a good 10 minutes on it then i can just ride it as i would my bike, but i don't have the trust as i would in my bike.

I've found that now I can get on stocks and do stuff fine, which is cool. Before, I just couldn't do anything, but I seem to be able to now. It's largely the same with mods, unless someone runs a really f**king weird setup...
