Robwalker
Try leaning back more than you think you can, just push your limits, and when you hit the other side of the gap bring yourself back down so your sitting on the tyre almost. Its about pushing your limits, you can do it you just may be scared about brake spilling ect. Hope ive helped Rob

haydon_peter
If your just using a half pedal stroke try using a full pedal stroke...
CBProductions
I found that a short run up helped me put more mmph into it , also try compressing more on the preload of the front wheel to help you bring the rest of the bike to catch it up. Krisboats
Pull up like a madman, also use the tyre bounce thing mentioned above... and pull the bars to your chin while stretching your feet out in front of you. You need to do it the same way as me.... peddle, peddle, peddle... coast... BUNNYHOP! Edited May 23, 2006 by Krisboats
tank_rider
I use a short runup, then one powerful forward pedal stroke with my bad foot and use the final pedal stroke with my good foot to get as much height as possible. As i say with most gaps its all about getting height, as the longer your in the air the further you can go. maybe pretend the gap has a slight up to it to force you to get some height, or practice on a slight step up to force you into this. The apply the same technique to a flat gap Once i've finished in a couple of weeks we'll have to have a session at the brick works
Bike addict
Hi. When i do a roling gap, i find the best way to do it is to push my back wheel just beyond vertical without my body falling off, just to get that inch or two further towards the landing. You might do this anyway but.................. i tried
