Front Wheel Hops

Get really confident on the front wheel, go to far a few times and learn how to come off if you can. I can just put both feet down, only just missing my manly parts, but it makes you know that going to far isn't going to hurt!

I use my legs alot more than my arms, it's much easier in my opinion, as your legs are stronger.

Also, try running a little less pressure in the tyre, this helps it bounce better.

EDIT: Try and point your toes downwards a bit too, and cick backwards slightly too, I found that helped me
