Simon
I seriously don't understand why torrents are so hard to understand.Download a client.Download a .torrent file.Run it.Client does rest. The only hard bit is finding .torrent files, which just requires knowing 2, maybe 3 sites. Haz
Limewire is good, but is far from safe. I use it on the Mac, because it's that bit more secure than on PC. Make sure your secure before you install it and keep an eye on it.

Yes if you want a monster virus.Torrents are easier than downloading most stuff, just click on the box that come up with all the info in and let it download
Callum Trialsin
limewire wont give you any viruses, it will only give you one if you carry on downloading a file after it says its corrupted.Callum

I don't get whats hard about it either. I use Azureus and its great, it has a beginner, intermediate and advanced mode as well so if you don't have a clue use beginner mode and it basically tells you you're downloading it.You just download the program from the azureus site, then go on google and type "<insert file name here> torrent" and it'll bring up all the sites that have that torrent, then all you do is open the torrent file on the webpage with azureus and it starts downloading. Tomm
Azureus sucks, slows everything down to the max. I'm sure utorrent is pretty cool, but I've just been using the standard client from bittorrent.com and it works fine for me.Works great for all those torrents of trials videos and linux distro's. I have no idea what it's like for downloading illegal stuff though

Yeah, I'm on µtorrent also, none of that CPU sucking you get with Azureus. I had so many problems.I keep µtorrent on a memory stick, it's only a few megs. ScotchDave
The version I'm using is 152kb, and it allowed me to download 2 episodes of lost (350mb each) in about 2 hours total for the both of em, fairl impressive on a 1mb connection.
