Burton
Yo,I was wondering if any stock the Echo Super Trial tyre (rear) or the Monty tyre (rear), both pretty much the same.I've had no luck on any websites, so maybe some people may have them in the back of a shop? Also, what are the Newer Monty tyres like? I know they're pretty much Maxxis copies, but i was wondering about the sidewalls. Thanks again! Edited May 14, 2006 by dan_t-lite

Shaun H
Ask Dan Ko @ Trials-UK, I'm sure he's got some somewhere, maybe not new but... He may have them for "personal use" though.(For advertising e-mail banners@trials-forum.co.uk) - erm looks like I can't post his MSN... however you can find it on the site. onzatprodude
if your on about the monty 2.7 tyres you can get them off ebay for £17.50.. ive had both echo and the monty tyres and i would say monty was better because on the echo i was getting lots of punctures with quite alot of pressure in tyres

totaltrials
well from the 26" version i rode. ITS not that good. I thought it was horrible, but not sure on mod versionThe mod version is completely different, the 26" tyres where a bit awfull. There's no white line around these tyres, the tread pattern is the same and stupidly thick side walls still.Phil.

smelly joe
I got a monty tyre with the yellow line round it and i cant wait to get rid of it!!I keep puncturing it even running 50 psi, its so damn annoying, plus running high pressures to stop pinching just takes all the bounce out anyway!!!I'm tempted to use sticky fingers just for the sheer thickness of the side walls on them!!! PaRtZ
I'm tempted to use sticky fingers just for the sheer thickness of the side walls on them!!! You know thats not clever don't you? Im sure Try-alls have better pinch protection. Ive had 1 pinch after nearly 6 months of them (no tread left but still good protection )
smelly joe
You know thats not clever don't you? )Yup its actually pretty stupid, ill have to ride in full body armour to stop me killing myself when it slips, which i can garaunte(sp) will happen a hell of a lot.would get a try-all but i don't have the cash, i guess i could line my monty with a lot of old tubes!
