BeNNy
The spec sounds alright, Im guessing you getting it for second hand??But not too sure about the frame.I say get it then change the frame Edited May 14, 2006 by BeNNy
Guest
My mate rides one, it's a short bike, much like the older monty's, his has stood up to years of abuse. I'd say with a spec like that, get it with a view to getting a new frame when you get bored.....

moo
By any chance are you buying it off a guy in witchurch called matt? Its a pretty nice bike, but quite old.i wouldnt say its old just a bit oldskool iv had the frame since 2001 and cost me £350 at the time but its had numerouse changes of the spec, the disc was bought recently and has only just been worn in properly. the rear wheel is just over a year old but has been serviced freaquently. personly i think there is nothing wrong with the frame, iv snapped 2 onza's before (t-bird t-mag) and this has taken all the abuse iv given it and more. the only reason i havnt replaced it before is tht it suites my style and i wont replace somthing tht is broken like some tarts i dont ride it anymore, well havnt for a good while now so there no point having it sitting here some pics
GlynnP
hey i had a Brisa B20 i dont know which year it was but looked slightly diffrrent to that. The chainstays were more square and the seat post piece didnt stick up. but i did snapp mine twice, i got a crack my the head tube so i had it welded up and then i snapped the chainstay. I have known 3 people with brisas ( including me ) and i think they are abit dodgy some times you will get a good one some times you will get a bad 1. one of my mates the brake mounts ripped straight off and he also snapped the chainstays. but i did love the bike was nice and flexy and gd for manuals ( unlike my echo )hope this helps but that does look like a nice bike good condition and a gd spec .
