Mark W
With all that rotating weight acting as a gyroscope basically, 360s on motorbikes are really hard. I don't know if anyone has ever done a true 360. But recently people having been trying off axis flips, which are sort of half way between a flip and a 360. They're called a misty flip in snowboarding or skiing, or a rodeo or something. Not sure what they are in bikes though. Whatever they are, they look pretty damn cool I'm pretty sure they've been firing out 3's at freestyle motocross comps for a while now? I saw some being pulled in a comp last year anyways... I've seen 360's done loads a times?? like travis pastrana and so on on MX bikes! That was a wicked video though, really enjoyed that... want to see more

Mark W
Yeah, they're pretty loose with how well they actually do stuff. Like that thing Brian Deegan did at the X-Games a few years back where it was basically just a badly done 360 but they were calling it a 360 flip 'cos he went so off-axis it almost inverted him fully Actually, the whole sketchiness thing was the only downer about this vid. Just not particularly precise or anything... like if you watch biketrials, it's got to be precise 'cos it's all rigid and you've got to be accurate with the wheels to transfer power or whatever, but with them a lot of it was kinda dodgy, almost?Even so, cool to see them breaking down boundaries Always thought mototrials bikes had quite a lot of potential if they weren't exclusively ridden in muddy streams ('cept for the guys who do Indoor stuff, but that's few and far better...)
