T.McMillan
onza do the 2 trials carbon fibre bars, which one is better to have the 30inch or 28, i currently ride with 28, does it make that much difference riding with 30 than 28? and what size do all you fellow trialsers ride? MikeCottTrials
well personally i dont think there is that much difference in two inches of bar but i would say if your a big guy then go wider but its just personal choice, i think the zoo bar width is perfect not to long, not too short
mat hudson
the 30 inch risers feel awesome!
lankyri
i run the 28inch carbon flat bars and they are really nice but my mate has the 28 risers or they might be the 30 i dont know but they feel a bit weird in my opinion go for the zoo's they are a really nice bar even if the horizontal they feel nice or up straight they are a really nice bar to ride with n nice length aswell
Ash-Kennard
got me zoo!'s yesterday, but everyones 30 onza carbon are lush, so they would be next on my list.
T-BAD
the wider the bars the more stability you have over your bike, but if your small you may struggle to keep hold of the bars if there too wide.
smegamo_joe
The 30" risers are really really comfortable bars. they have a pretty good strength to weight ratio aswell. The slightley wider bar gives you way more control over the bike, it feels funny at first but once you get used to the width they just feel great. Ross Gardner
many trials riders prefer Zoo bars, they come in a different range of colours, £35, strong and affordable, 29" wide. Onza 28" and 30" carbon bars are quite popular, which are very light but the price is bit high for me(£45 for the 28" and £55 for the 30"). Try All riser(£45), flat bar(£45) and yourself replica(£36) which are all 29" wide are also very good. Although you will need a 25.4mm clamp for the yourself replica. Echo Tough bar are 28.5" wide and are also flat bars and arethe most affordable bar at £30. Edited May 10, 2006 by gawk
Balman
In my opinion zoo bars I got some a week after I got my bike an I have never looked back.I hope this helps.Jack.
stetpro
if you have got riser bars now then get 28" risers, but if you have got flat bars then get the 28" flats(onza carbons) 2" isn't much but it does fell weird after riding with smaller bars. Egg Fried Rice
to be honest, i dont see the point in buying onza carbon fibre bars, its not pure carbon fibre anyway. i would only buy them for the look but there only 5grams lighter than zoo bars. zoo bars are much nicer and there much cheaper too. Ben :]
Hello, I have never ridden with the onza 28 inch bars allthough I am currently using the 30 inch ones and they are really nice. Cant fault them to be honest.
