If he gets paid to take photos by anyone then he becomes professional, no matter how good some of his shots actually are.You may not think they are good quality, but some other people may pay him to take shots of stuff thats excellent, just because action shots may not be his forte doesnt mean you cant say he isnt professional.e.g chris ratcliffe is professional photographer, yet none of his pictures made it past round two of the photo competition on here, but we all know he is paid to take photos by companies therefore he is still professional.
