Ben From Essex
Heya All,My Name is Ben, Ive been riding in my local Village/Town for about half a year, im 15 year's of age (16 in a month) and i think im reasonably good at riding.I want to upgrade my bike, at the moment i have an koxx Djinn and it rides quite nicely, but i want a change! My question to you is this:What frame should i get? my riding style is more bunnyhops and the like, instead of all this tap and sidehop malarky. Would it be better to get a long bike (Python, Koxx) or a short one (Monty)? Thanks in advanceBen
Ben Cox
Hey Dude, welcome to the forum hope you enjoy your stay .... in regards to your frame question, i was in this boat a while ago and i went for a monty 221ti (got it cheap off of a mate ) for i think 140 quid or something you can get the 221pr frame which is pretty much the same frame just slightly heavier.Hope ive helped

bhups
Hello,Well come to the forum, as for which frame i think for what you prefer doing a shorter frame is better because it is more flickable so better for those typs of tricks (monty).Bhups. smelly joe
Hey, welcome to the forumAnd on the frame side of things, if you like bunny hopping and the likes and you ride a mod, get a bike with a fairly high bb rise like 50mm+. also the shorter that the stays are on the bike the better as this will make it much more flicky and easy to pull up.i ride a zona and i gotta say that it is perfect to bunnyhop due to the high bb rise and the chainstay length and it is also not a overly long bike, mine measures in at 1020.
