ha ha, that tap was a little nerverecking :-

I was pretty impressed with some of the stuff you were doing by the gate (Y) shame you retired.

I was a little worried before the comp as I was riding like a right muppet, but as soon as I got in the sections I sorted myself out.

I did my first lap with 4 dabs, but a 5 spoilt my 2nd lap, I cleaned the rest bar one dab. finnished on 10 dabs in elite

I thought the sections were good, very fun to ride even if the weather tried to put a downer on things.

I wish they didnt combine the 20" with 26" though, I would have come first then instead of 3rd :(

in all fairness mr alister,

you were riding really really well at the comp, better than ive seen you ride for a while was really impressed dude!

ali for the win all the way haha!

keep up the riding man really good stuff (Y)

The Wheelie King, Casualty Man and I all enjoyed the trial on Sunday and within 3 minutes of leaving the car park both the kids were asleep!:sleeping:

It was great to see so many people out on Sunday, the venue was excellent, and made the most of by the setting out crew. The Wheelie King got himself 2nd place in the beginners and took his medal in to school to show and tell. I think sports like trials give kids so much confidence.

Casualty man managed to slip and fall on a rock at the Deer Park as well grazing the side of his face and he hasn't even riden yet!! :S

We are all looking forward to Brimham and hope the other beginners and more come along. (Y)(Y) Have you booked the sunshine yet Barbara?? B)

Thanks to all the observers who make the day go smoothly and of course to Barbara and her team for the excellent organisation behind the whole event. ^_^

I really enjoy reading all this about the recent comps, and i was wondering if there was anything i needed to have, to enter? E.g on my bike or anything?

Thanks From Lee

Wheels, handlebars and brakes help a lot !!!!

Seriously, at TykeTrial we're not bothered what you have on your bike - as long as you wear a helmet and long-trousers - it's only at the official British Championship rounds that you have to comply with the bike spec rules. (Y)
