Gaz M
right, my mate just brought a brand new chain ring a few hour ago (steel) due to his old one being bent and this one is bent already, we have checked what could be the cause but theres nothing out of the ordinary in his drive train, its a 22 tooth 4 bolt one, (for stock) and its on a onza bashguard, everything is tight, also he didnt buy a new chain, i hear your supposed to let them bed in together but i dont really think this would cause it to bend, anyone got any ideas how to fix it? dave85
Its not a brilliant design, some suginos suffer the same problem. The long spacers let everything bend a little untill the chainring collapses.
Ben Geary
Them cranks are the ultimate in shitness, i had a pair and the chain ring done the same, i bent my chain ring really bad also the crank arm had twisted. Guess it's just down to a shit design.
