Prawny Baby
hey guys, after about 7 years on orange, ive taken the plunge and switched over to 02, and taken out a contract phone!on orange, you could always call 150 from a contract phone to see how many minutes were remaining that month on the tarrif, yet on 02, i cant work out how to do this! the 3 people ive spoken to so far on o2 all just didnt think you could which sounds crazy to me!i only took the phone out yesterday, and cant find any info on the website yet, although it does say it takes 24hours to update, so that figuresbut is there not a number i can call to check how many minutes i have left ?how can i keep track of if im about to go over my monthly limit at all? do i just have to reset my call timers on billing day and make sure i dont go over myself?cheersNick

Tomm
hey guys, after about 7 years on orange, ive taken the plunge and switched over to 02, and taken out a contract phone!I've just switched the other way, because O2 are terrible. Useful to know that now I'm on Orange I'll now be able to check remaining minutes though. As far as I'm aware, there is no way of checking with O2, but perhaps there is. Walleee
Most Sony ericcsson phones will have a call timer featured which you cansimply reset every month when the bill comes in and that lets you know your total outgoing and incoming call length all added together.......O2 wont tell you how much you have left unfortunately, but its never really been too much hassle for me. BONGO
i think on www.o2.co.uk you can log in and see what you have used and have remaining.I have just 2 days ago left my 12 month contract a month early with o2 to get the T mobile FlexT £35 a month contract which gives you £180 credit to use however you like. Suits me a lot better than what they were giving me.john

Tomm
And when you ring customer service you need to learn pakistani. LolWell I spent so long on the phone to O2 about a broken phone (was broken when I got it), and I didn't realise the customer services was a premium rate number. Apart from having to listen to their f**king jingle for hours on end, I spent more in calls to 02 customer services than the phone was worth (£70). If that isn't enough to piss you off, what is?
