Yer..the idea is there( has been done before )and is good...

One thing i will say is...try and make a smoothcircle around...that was abit jiggery... ;)

Yeh I know like I said could have been better, I filmed the first half and couldnt be arsed to keep it accurate for the second. I know its been done before, but that was with other moves, plus I wanted a proper go myself as I love the effect. (Y)

If you wanna try something new....try the same thing...but as you move it...have the next clip a frame infront....kinda...so that when the cam is in the last spot...your landing sort of thing.

Do you get me?

Like Joe said I think there was a competition a while back on who could carry out 'trials-bullet-time' the most effectively. Its good people are still keeping it alive, but that seemed like a 'first draught' in a way.. I could be wrong, as that short sequence probably took ages to shoot. What happened to the wide angle lens towards the end? Good job though, I might give it a go with plenty of masking tape to figure out where the tripod legs have to go to get a smooth motion. Or maybe it could be done in Motion of After Effects, im not sure.

Yeah mine does look a little rough, but I wanted it a little 'bumpy' as I can picture it in my head smooth, and it would look crap. Oh and the wide angle lens, its selotaped on with a curled up piece of a4 paper (like a tube) and it insisted on slipping down. :$

It took about half anf hour to film, I filmed the move 37 times.

How would that work? Firstly I filmed it myself, as the rider is me, and you need to film each shot individually, so a skateboard wouldnt do anything really... :S
