elektrokid Posted May 4, 2006 Report Share Posted May 4, 2006 yea, have a go at mega spins, ride along at a slow walking pace, with you front foot on the chainstay ( make sure you get a good grip, you dont want your foot in the forks), take the other foot off the pedal and swing it back hard, whilst swinging back pull the bars to the side that your swinging foot is on. once you've mastered the first step you can then try getting the foot you've swung and scuff it on the back tyre a number of times, you could always control it with your rear brake. It takes a while to get all the steps together, but im pretty sure thats a good method as i can do them to a certain extent this way ! go get you bike n give it a blast !
