stug45 Posted December 6, 2006 Report Share Posted December 6, 2006 the levers are made from aluminium so no they wont rust. if your going to strip it make sure u dont get it on the seals for the piston as the rubber can corrode.id reccommend painting afterwards anyway so the aluminium doesnt go white (although if you painted it with clear laquer with bare metal then polished it really well i reckon they'd look sweet!)
