Shy D.
That is one amazing bike!!! Oh my gosh, best bie ive seen other than the manus! How does the bb7 hold on the rear? Thanks! (There will be some weight saving changes provided in couple months. And BB7 rear side will be changed to Hope Mono Trials. Just for saving those 150 grams, rear BB is rather good for me. Solid lever, strong holding of a disc even when it is not polished yet. Keep in mind that I'm 85 kg dude, rather tough... I have a possibility to compare both '06 and '08 years BB's and actually can not find any differences in its work, but '06 caliper with adapter has 27 grams less weighе than '08 same conditions.) Honestly, some nicer bikes in here than in full members bike pictures area. Them two are amazingly clean, and pretty cool looking too! Thanks! I've changed front CC tyre to one of those cheat tyres from Schwalbe, and both with inner tube I've saved !410! grams just on a "rubber" . japslap
A blast from the past Pashely 26Mhz This is my old Pashely, It now hangs on my bedroom wall, a trophy in a way, although I'm thinking about building it back up again, it's near mint with just a chip out of the powder coat on the outside of the lower chain stay and a bit of tire rub on both sides just through the powder coat as you can see, take note on the way I customised the www.pashely.co.uk stickers on the down tube for a laugh (sorry pashely I still love you really). It was a great frame when I used it, made from Reynolds 853 made it so springy I've never been on anything like it since. Thought someone might appreciate seeing one again. I'd really like to build another 24" thats more trials spec. Why do these wind up so heavy?
airmj
I'd really like to build another 24" thats more trials spec. Why do these wind up so heavy? The problem is with the tires and rims. The ones i got from echo were double walled rims, and the Kenda Kinetics 2.35 was quite beefy. Overkill for the front. Get single wall rims for the front and maybe a DMR moto digger, and you're good to go. Edited January 19, 2010 by airmj
Chaos in China
I just got this bike today. I don't plan on really being a trials rider. I just wanted a street bike and I grew up riding BMX. This bike is so light I'm loving it! Just need to get used to the geometry and learn how to ride it. Hopefully I can learn to ride it well.
