A bullet made of ice, it'd hit them and explode into little pieces inside them and then melt away leaving no trace of anything to tie it back to you. For added security you could use volvic to reduce chances of feds narrowing down the water like they could if you used water out of a tap.

Failing that a large icicle used as a knife would work i guess. Or throwing them into a pit of molten steel like in the terminator, though thats not really a weapon. There's always things like a chainsaw for the fun factor or a tommy gun to make it a true gangster style murder.
