Max Quinn
Ok so i occasionally browse and post on bmx-forum.com, i went to go there on a friends PC one time but accidentally typed bmx-forum.co.uk. This, strangely enough, redirected me to here. I then went home and tried it on my PC, same thing. It seems that address redirects to here, some sort of ploy to gain more revenue? Or a joke about the BMX threads on here? So can any mods or administrators tell me whats the deal with this? Does it do it on your PC?Surely if this is true we'll get loads of kids asking us if the mongoose in there local shop is any good?Max

tomturd
I snapped it up a while back, along with http://www.bike-forum.co.uk. No plans to use it but it was available for £6 so thought I may as well.http://www.trialsforum.eu and http://www.trialsforum.net are also ours now. Again, no plans to use them, just nice to have.EDIT: theyre not advertised anywhere or anything either, so you wont find them on google. Theyre just site pointers.. so no need to worry about kids asking about mongooses. Had them for a few months now.

tomturd
Is there any way of telling how many people have come on by using those address'.Nope. We can only find out how many visitors we get from other 'real' sites. When you go to one of those addresses, you dont get redirected as such, its a direct link, so we cant measure it.
