Onza Headset Setup

Right, may seem like a retarded question, but could anyone tell me/show me the set up for an intergrated Onza Headset, as standard on the T-pro?

All night last night I was pissing about with it and when I turn the bars it just doesnt feel right at all and it feels as though there is some drag on one of the spacers. The forks aren't dragging on the frame or anything like that and the headset seems ok in condition and fitting.

Obviously, there isn't many combinations for the heaset, but I think I might be missing something here, if you could just tell me the order of parts from bottom to top I would be grateful, a good description of the parts wouldn't go a miss either.

Cheers in Advance:)

Assuming it is one of the ones above (which it possibly is, just rebranded?), just strip it down and make sure the bearing cases (I don't mean the cups, the actual outer bits of the bearings themselves...) are all seated properly. You may find that one of them has had the metal inner which holds the bearings seperately shit the bed, bend and then f**k it all up. That happened to me, so I just bought some new bearings.

Alternatively, if you're sure they're all OK, double check you have actually got all the bits in the right order. I can't remember offhand the order of the top assembly (cups, bearings, then little bearing cap, then C-clip thing? Or C-clip then top bit?), but when you assemble it it's pretty obvious what goes where.

Have you checked the cups as well in case there's a little rough bit hitting the fork steerer? They're made of a pretty soft metal so if you put the cups in it a bit of a savage way it's possibly you've just put a burr on it that's rubbing on the steerer. If you're trying to eliminate various things, you could always try putting a tiny bit of grease between the spacers themselves in case they're just making a funny noise when you turn and they rotate a bit (or don't, as the case may be?).
