Danny
Just phone up o2 and do it over the phone. Much easer than sending a letter. To keep your number you will have to get a special code off o2 and then phone up 3 and give them it. Danny
If its the end of your 12 month period then you should just be able to cancel it with no cost. Though you prob have to give 1 months notice.

mrs dj
I think you have to pay up to the end of your contact. If you want to keep your number you need a pac code from o2 and then phone 333 from your new phone and give them the number. Takes 7 days to get your old number on 3.....Sexy phone by the way.... its exactly the same as mine

Tomm
To cancel a mobile phone contract you have to send them a letter dicating that you want to cancel.Yeah, I just cancelled my contract with O2. In fact, you have to send a letter including your name, address, number and signature, to PO box 242, Houghton Regis, LU5 5WA. They won't let you do it over the phone. Really stupid. So it's new phone time for me, anyone got any thoughts? Might get a w810i.

My mate has a 6280, seem nice but I'm not convinced. In fact I'm not really convinced by any phones at the moment, but it's time for a new one so I have to make my mind up.
