James@swanseatrials.com
has anyone got any recommendations on a tyre with a strong sidewall as i got a set of hot s tyres and the sidewalls are poo on them to be honest, they tear very quick if you miss the side of a wall. 6ft-midget
Maxxis High Rollers Dual ply are quite strong, i have scraped them many times on a rough jagged wall and haven't really damaged them much. mat hudson
anything from the maxxis range with dual ply dh sidewalls. they cost 20-24 quid but are well worth it. i currentley have a hansventure on, the pinch protrection is second to none and the grip and feel of the tyre is really really good. CBProductions
I agree wit 'the hud' maxxis are the way foreward for strong tyres all though im not rating them on my mod at the moment p.s The search might be a useful resource as well. A.Macleod
I was using an el gato on the back of my orange, it had real good grip but the red looked stupid on it. Im now using a marazocchi tyre which is good but has weak sidewalls. So i would agree with above they are real strong and last ages.

stock trials the real sport
i put on my rear maxxis minion today the dual ply side walls make my previous tyre (halo knobbler) look like poop! After about 30minutes of riding i can feel the difference the tyre feels pretty thick and strong and grip good 2 i would definately recomend a maxxis minion or highroller.
