Does anyone know what kind of training the pro guys do....when they ride..how often they ride...what kind of stuff they ride on ie:natural days, urban days how many times a week that kind of thing?

But more importantly what do they do WHEN they ride???

Well it might sound a bit strange..... but as often as possible and on whatever!!!!! you always need to practice the moves that your not good at.... natural/rocks is the best stuff to learn on as it's all uneven and gets you very fit and helps with the balance (Y)(Y)

i think ben savaga rides four at least 4 hours a day (from what i can remember from the interview with MBUK) and yea i would practice more in the natural mainly cos it would help your balance and nothing is the same unlike street, some of the places pro's ride

prowthcrawl (sp)- ashton and gav bedford

hook woods- dunno just watched th get1 dvd and loads of pros where there

I know that some of them do a big warm up. I have seen the koxx team do it. They jog to get warm and then do some stretches that take ages. But i should say it pays off. The flexibility in vince and benitto is amazing. I would also think this help them in there rides. E.g benito ross sidehops so high he has to tuck over the bike so much so stretching would help because if he stretches he could gain an extra inch to someone who didn't stretch. ( hope this relates to this topic). Also i feel riding some natural helps allot. I went down porthcawl in holidays with my mates and did some things that were bigger than i thought easier. So when i came to ride street i could do things i never thought i could. Also gets you balance and control better. Also i swear i have seen kenney belay practice balancing on the back wheel brakeless.

Hope any of this made sense.

CLS training method: Eat tons of shit i.e Chocolate, chips, kebab etc.......have rest days :-, ride in afternoon time when your feeling awake and worthy .

Theres no real training for street, only self discipline to actually kick for lines. Natural obviously takes alot of training and a balanced diet of Nutrients and carbohydrates is needed for energy.
