planet-x-boy
Hello mate, i ordered some tensile cranks from there about 2 weeks ago. They took my name, address etc down and said they ould have them sent that day. After waiting 3 days i rang them back up and found that they had not sent them. They said that they would send them off the next day. I waited the weekend hopeing that they would come on the monday and they never came. I repeated doing this for the next week and ended up only getting my cranks at 2 oclock today. That has been the longest i have had to wait for anything so i have leant not to deal with supercycles again. Thanks

Cannondale Ashton Rider
Over the past few years I have ordered most of my components from Supercycles. All of them have arrived promptly, and on one occasion when the part arrived damagedthey were happy to sort me out with a replacement. They have always been polite andhelpful over the phone but they seem slow to reply to emails sometimes.Go for it

I have to say that i found them great 7 years ago and i still find them great!Good own brand products at great prices, I feel they really helped the sport growwith the introduction of Onza. MasterOfGussets
I just remembered something about Supercycles earlier...About a week back I phoned a cycle shop in Hastings that sells Onza bikes because I wanted to check out the T-Rex. They said they haven't had any in for a while because Supercycles have been changing their warehouse location.I don't know whether that's the reason for any problems with shipping delays but it a possibility.
