Dai the Socket Posted September 21, 2007 Report Share Posted September 21, 2007 Your complaing about an HOUR drive........ its 1.5 hours for me from home to my gf's house and 4 hour drive from uni to her place and ive done those journeys multiple times. Seeing them at the weekend isnt as hard as you think it is. Atleast give it a chance for a while i miss my gf f**king shit loads especially since im still not back at uni at the mo and she is at college so i see her like once a week or once every 2 weeks at best. It drives me insane but in the end its going to be worth it .Well yeah, It's an hour and a half but I know what you mean. I just dunno if I can do the long distance thing, although I appreciate it's not 'long' in comparison to some. It's still not as close as it is now.I mean, at Uni I'm probs going to see her 1 or 2 maybe 3 times a week at more. One other problem is she doesn't drive and I've only got my bike so over winter it's going to be pretty hard riding over in the shittest of weather, and she's not near a train station. Just take it in stride and don't plan ahead with it, plnning usually makes it worse. Been with my girlfriend 1 year and 2 months today Love her to bits.
