Fish-Finger-er
I hope this girl I went on a date with today actually likes me and wasn't joking about drinks next week.We got on pretty well. I didn't realise she was minted, has her own brand new 08 reg smart car and has parents that pay for everything. Bonus. She's gorgeous but I hope it works out. It'll be shit otherwise. Summer without a gf is poooooi think exactly the opposite (not the goin for a fit loaded GF) but the whole summer being single being sh*tim quite happy to hold down a relationship over the winter, with the right girl, but when summer comes, weekends away on the motorbikes, clubbing holidays, festivals, all the kinda places u dont want a GF nagging/stopping you getting dirty sweaty emo festival flange. nc7r
Too many girls too little time.... lifes hard for a player Hahaha. Truth Anyway, I dunno. I'm gonna be traveling around Europe this summer meaning that girls there are unlikely and if they are, a new gf won't know about them. Then the rest I'm at leeds for a couple of days which is fine, and I'm working so wouldn't mind a nice girl to snuggle up with in Sheffield! Rich J
So there was this girl and we were so tight it was scary. Honest as anything to each other. Made each other laugh. Was nice. Best friendship could ask for. She has a boyfriend so nothing could ever go further and if I ever had other thoughts the boyfreind thought pushed them out. Til the other night. She likes to get EVERYTHING out of me no matter what it is she wants to know. Harmless fun. Then i said you tell me something. Her reply was as follows: Urmmm ok then. Well i know i shouldnt but i think i like you. like really like you. The convo from there went along the lines of her bf doesnt make her feel how i do. But how after 3 years she couldnt do that to him. This was 3 days ago. Convo has been ranging from even better than it was to non existant. I dont wanna lose her as my friend. But i dont want her feeling sad. If i was to walk away it might solve everything. But i know i would miss her. I miss her now. Walk away. Yay or nay? Fishy
Although best friends are like a really good foundation for a really good relationship, she does have a boyfriend. If you really think that he's no trouser snake and she's not happy with him then possibly. But if I was in the same situation I'd wait and see what happens. It hurts but thats life I'm afraid. Rich J
O no i dont wanna split them up. She knows that. Hell she said she will give it a few weeks see what happens. I just dont know whether i should step out of her life til she has decided to take away the guilt she has.
Fixed Pantsâ„¢
I'd say carry on as usual, give her a few and then see how she feels...No piece of ass is worth a friendship.EDIT: Do you feel the same way? Rich J
She was a great friend. I want to carry on how we were. She does too. But she is convinced i now hate her because she told me. ? Says its broken us. It so hasnt. I do feel the same way. But id rather have nothing and be friends than risk it and lose her. Im giving her as long as she wants. x

Rich J
She knows I like her. But she wont believe I wont be really hurt if we are just friends because I was never expecting anything more. Id be chuffed if she finished with him and came to me. Over the moon as such. Just dont want her thinking I only wanna be in her knickers. Fish-Finger-er
Used to that.Doesn't stop one feeling sickeningly alone though.see a few people say that, but that really doesnt bother me, i suppose im just a miserable b*****d. but meh, the whole lets spend sunday sat in bed watching films, or lets spend saturday going shopping then for a meal, does little for me. i like to be able to just chill out, few cans of cider, play on the motorbike in the back garden, whack on some GTA4, and not have to worry about not pissing her off. got 2 mates, whose GF's wouldnt let them buy GTA4, one of them, has been told by his GF, hes got to loose a stone before hes allowed his new motorbike, feck that. MadManMike
Cooking a meal for your partner is no major effort...I cook for my g/f and her kids out of choice! It's not exactly hard to rustle up a meal.
