Helplessness and frustration are just awful. However, Matt is right - all you can do is be there for her.There's no better cure for your problem than time so try to make it pass more quickly by filling your day up with various activities. Ride more often, go out to clubs frequently and date other girls. This probably won't help much, but as silly as it may sound, it put a smile on my face every time I felt down after loosing my gf.
