I get the falling one as well, but when you hit the ground what actually happens, Surely it cant be physically possible for your body to lift it's self off the ground, with out using hands or feet?

Nah, it's more a spasm, for example.

i had one the other day and i won 7 grand on the lotto haha i remember thinkin aww yes 2 or 3 scorpa's for me LOL

But, thats highly rare is a much sought after skill, so think yourself lucky.

Usually takes weeks to train your mind so you can control your dreams, yet some people get it naturally.

Once had a dream a while ago where I came home from 6th form, and had 3 parcels, one from Uk, one from France, and one from the US.

Then went onto the PC (as normal) turned it on, and there was the blue screen of death, and the PC had a virus and wouldn't turn on, for some annoying virus reason it only went onto space invaders.

Several weeks later, I got home from 6th form, and sure enough, I had 3 parcels, some pads from Heatsink, some pads from Michel Coust, and a King hub from America.

Turned on the PC, and voila, blue screen of death. Had to re-format.

I shit. you. not.

Dreams are very funny things, there's definately a lot that we don't know and can't explain about them yet.

I read in a book once, that when you dream that your falling and your going to hit the floor, If u actually hit the floor you die. Cant remember where i read that..

My friend said that he saw a thing that told you if you 'fall' down a bottomless pit in your dreams you actually die. I just slapped him and told him to wake up and quit being a retard.

Ah man i spend hours thinking about dreams and what they mean or what they could mean. I have some reeeaaally weird ones, but they vary alot too, i very rarely have the same dream twice which is strange because a few of my friend have repeating dreams which i think could mean something whether its something in the future or not i dont know.

I get the dreams that make you wake up to, i wake up with a really big twitch but these are really weird, because im not asleep or awake..im sort of in between. This is the only dream if u can call it that that i have which repeats. Im riding a downhill course on a downhill bike and i can just see through my goggles, then i hit a tree really hard and i wake up suddenly, its a really weird feeling.

I think there is sooo much we still dont know about the brain, i think its got so much more potencial than we think. Crazy stuff...

my little bro 12 years old has mental night mares,

about twice a week i get woken up to hear him screaming and shouting, go in to see if he's ok and he shaking ina sweat

but once when we were on holiday in spain, we were sharing a room when we were younger, and i was woken up by him punching me in the face in one of these nightmares, hard punches, and then kicks and my mum had to pull him off me, he was mental

mine are odd, some with car accidents-even though ive never been in a proper one its really scary, then others where i think im working at the pub still, wake up and cant understand where the hell all the customers have gone and why im not wearing much ...takes me ages to come round and realise!

sometimes i swear ive dreamt situations, and they have happened later on, deja vu (or however you spell it), really insigificant things, that when they happen, i remember dreaming about them

luckily ive never shagged any munter pigs in my dreams, those kinds of dreams are usually really good

supposebley them falling freams, if you hit the ground, you actually die. but i am guessing that is just a rumour as nobody as ever hit the ground and woke up they just thought, hey, maybe if you hit the ground uve ac tually f**ked it!

I once dreamt i was stood on the edge of a tall building and i could see all the other buildings below, then i got shot in the back, at the top of my right shoulder blade, and it caned like hell. I woke up instantly and remember i was arching my back, like when you whip out, or when you get smacked in the back by a football on a cold day. I could feel the actual pain and everything for a good 5 seconds, i even checked if i was bleeding, and i remember thinking "i wonder if that what it really feels like to be shot", becasue it felt so real.

I've had dreams since too, where i've been shot in the back and had a similar sensation but not woken up from it. I've always wondered if i was prehaps shot in a past life and i somehow re-live it in my dreams. (i don't even really belive in that sorta thing either).

I've also had loads of dreams where i can control them, mostly when i've been woken up, and gone back to sleep. And i dreamt of me dreaming and having a dream whilst asleep in my dream. So i woke up in my dream and remembered the dream, then i had to wake up for real...

I love dreams, its amazing how you can get so screwed up by them and how much detail you subconsiously pick up. The mind is crazy powerful.
