Autocratic: "Do this now and make sure you do this as well. Do it now"

Democratic: "Would you like to do this or this? do you want to do it now or later, would you like to swap tasks with someone else?"

Paternalistic: "I want you to do this but do you need help with it or maybe extra time/equipment?"

Lassiez-faire: "Well, this job has to be done, im going to leave you to it, and if you don't do it then oh well"

Just wondering what sort of person you guys are... oh and don't say a mixture of all of them because thats the right answer

you missed 'your on a power trip so i will ask you to do this and you can make someone else do it instead and make them suffer' type of person......which would be me.

Narr only kidding, i think most people on here will be pretty laid back and like to do things at their own pace

If people are always on my back it de-motivates me, but if no-one hassle sme, I don't bother to do it.

I'm the lazy one. I'm not as bad as some people I know, but my motivation level is low. I only do things if I benefit from it or if I'm nagged for a long, long, long time.
