(Not trials) But my hubs are not disk compatible so I need to buy some new disk hubs; If I cannot buy them second hand, are the Shimano Deore Disk Hubs (Links: Front/Rear) any good? As they are cheap. Simpson Posted April 20, 2006 Report Share Posted April 20, 2006 i use that hub (or something diddly simmilar) on my trials bike! works perfect nothing wrong with it (havent used it for that long) my rims only disk compatible so i only run it when im using a disk id say go for it! tank_rider Posted April 22, 2006 Report Share Posted April 22, 2006 i'd steer clear of the deore front hubs, i've had two and the axels have snapped on them both. I did a bit of light dirt jumping and street on them, and they seems to have died far too easily. I'd say see what you can pick up 2nd hand.
