i am after a new frame and forks but im puzeled (s.p) with so many different combos. i like zoo pythons but i would like to hear what other peoples experiances with different makes could persuade me :mellow: any pms are taken in to account.

hi i have a 2006 zoo! python its the nicest bike ive ever had, its great to ride,flicks out on big gaps with it being so long,they also look amazing but aare a little expesive£280,the forks that i would get if you have the money are the echo team CNC forks £107 from tarty, my friend robbie has them and he is a very hard rider and has snapped alot of forks but he has had these forks for ages so they must be really strong (Y) , the only thing i didnt like with my python was the CLS stickers so i took them off and im getting some made with my name on :P hope ive pursuaded you to get this bike thanks aff1e (Y)

hey, i have a zoo python 05 short ( in my signiture if you want to have a look) very nice to ride, smooth, nice on the back wheel, light but depedning on what ever money you have the frame would be £250 brand new and my forks echo easy would £70 brand new, buti would defiatly recommended it, best bike i have rode, cheers, ross (Y)

ive got a gu long and thats really nice 2 ride easy to gap and all that. it would help though if you could give us any info like

do u want a long or short bike?

high or low bb rise?

bash plate or not bothered?

ect

if you dont no the answers jst go and ride someone else bike people will all ways let you have ago. just go on a ride and try peoples bikes

You need to ask yourself what you will want to do on your future bike.

-Natural riding

-Street riding

-Static riding

-Mostly from a rolling start

-Bunnyhops?

And then adapt the frame length firstly to your height (because if you are huge then you can buy a longer bike for the same purpose as a short rider would buy a short frame) and then to your riding style.

I'd personally buy a short Echo Group frame and forks which would increase the wheelbase. Monty's are great but are also very specific and not body-friendly if you get me ;)

hello, i ride street mostly but also ride some natural, quite high bb, not bothered about bashplates. thanks for your replys guys keep them coming please
