flipkickbs
20 or 26? Bike ridden : stock Ian As you want 36 and not 32 h, the alex dx32 is not available to you, and that holds grinds for ages. Second to that, the 06 Echo rims hold grinds fairly well from what i've seen, but you will end up flat spotting it horrifically after five minutes of light riding. Akira_Shock!
If it's a mod then something like DX32, Kris Holm, Ronnie.Hog, Viz and Koxx seem to be pretty crap at holding grinds for long.Same for stock too I guess, but there are more rims out there.. It seems all the wide rims are made of a softer metal. Edited April 18, 2006 by unstablebutable

flipkickbs
I'd go for a Koxx to be honest. Modified Mate, the entire thread is to find an alternative to a Koxx rim. Read it properly then edit with something useful Ian
Onza Kieron
Theres a huge topic about this in the members section, check it out.I'd go for a Koxx to be honest.Killed a few Ronnies.Modified Don't go for aKoxx, go for a Ronnie, I have no problems with my Koxx because I run 5000PSI and don't bother with grinds gut for what your asking for, get a Ronnie. Mat Smith!
I've killed a Ronnie with like 25psi, I weigh 8 stone, maybe I'm just harsh, but I never dented a Koxx/Hog for 8 months running less that 25.Mat
lankyri
ive only just killed my ronnie (year old, 3 owners, at least 4 grinds) great rim aswell but now i have a hog rim its lasting me but havent been riding much as theres no grind on it yet and i believe i snapped my axle again :$ ronnie- cheap, holds a grind big sidewalls quite thin thoughkoxx- wider than a ronnie but smaller sidewalls and crap in my opinionhog- wide, average sidewalls, can hold a grind, cheap as wellhope this helps in any way cheers ric
