Ben Geary
Plenty of places sell half links on their own for a quid or something We went to every bike shop in Leicester town looking for one and none of them did them, so he just went and brought a whole half link chain, for one link . Janson
Cousts and fresh tensioners are tricky.Mine does down-tension with 16:14 and 18:15, but not up tension on either, which sucks, as it keeps slacking off!
Clarky
I am running a hope xc hub aswell so every bit of tension helps as the more slak the more noticable worse engagement, i have gone back to mech for the time being until i get a hope pro 2 hub in june then i will be using it as i will have proper fun bolts to clamp it instead of quik release. Thanks for the help guys Clarky
Bike addict
Hi. With you saying that you have a 19 tooth gear on the rear, just get a smaller one. If you are considering getting a smaller cog, ive got a spare 16 tooth one if you want it?
