Chain Problem!

Hi there people, i Recently bought a frsh products tensioner so i put it on my bike and the chain was mega slak under full adjustment so i took a link out of the chain and now the chain wont even go round front and back cog, i have coust btw and i am running single speed one 19 tooth cog on rear and 22 tooth on the front on middleburns the only alternative i can think of is to go back to mech wich i dont want to, or i can could maybe go for smaller cogs :blink:

This what happend to my mate (Krisboats), he had to pay £25 for a shadow conspiricy half link chain just for one of the half links !

He still has the rest of the chain maybe give him PM .... he'll sort you out with half link to wack on, he's a top notch guy.

Plenty of places sell half links on their own for a quid or something :ermm:

We went to every bike shop in Leicester town looking for one and none of them did them, so he just went and brought a whole half link chain, for one link :lol: .

I am running a hope xc hub aswell so every bit of tension helps as the more slak the more noticable worse engagement, i have gone back to mech for the time being until i get a hope pro 2 hub in june then i will be using it as i will have proper fun bolts to clamp it instead of quik release.Thanks for the help guys (Y)(Y)
