Trialsrider87
I design stock frame with horizontal dropouts and I want to buy rear Chris King Classic hub. Unfortunately has appeared some problem. I don't know if it will be possible that set up chain tensioner for such hub. Has anybody had stock frame with horizontal dropouts, rear Chris King hub, use chain tensioner and could help me? For information I will serve, that thickness of each ring in my chain tensioners is total 2mm.Sorry for my poor language I hope that you've understood me.Thanks for help,Robert

CurtisRider
Thats gone Got a bulb on it now. MUCH nicerdefinately, my bulb on my jump bike feels so nice, far better than my old king!anyway a king with funbolts would be a better idea on horizontal dropouts, its more secure than a quick release system
trials_pimp
the biggest problem you will have on that set-up on a trials bike is the chain having no give.If you land on your bash gaurd your chain will usually touch the wall aswell, and if you have no give in the chain it will snap.Mods use the sump gaurd to stop this (as well as other things)
