Tomm
My contract's up and I've had enough of O2. I need to get a new number because I keep getting chat messages sent to my phone, after it got stolen Plus I've spent enough time (and money) listening to O2's f**king jingle whilst on hold, that I know how rubbish O2's customer service is. If that wasn't enough I've been raped on bills because O2 got their sums wrong.O2 = shit.So yeah, are any of the other networks any better than O2? In terms of customer service, price and anything else.Thanks.
Siders77
Vodafone have always been good for me.When I had a problem with my phone they sent a new out out for me and I had it next day. The calls/contracts are cheap.I'd probably say Vodafone.

Badboy
I've had a contract with all major networks.Vodafone have been the best to me, been with them for 4years now.My bro has his business phone with Orange, an their customer service is crap! Not heard anything good about t-mobile or O2 either
Extreme_biker0
I can't fault o2, the customer service has always been spot on, and they are the cheapest around for a text-heavy user. That said they have no good gprs packages.I've got mine with o2 online though, and it's a separate support number. Maybe they put more priority on the online customers? I know i get more free texts/picture messages than any other o2 user, by about 300/month.Don't go with orange if you want customer support. Take it from someone who's dealt with both, if you think o2 is bad my friend, it's f**king hard to deal with how pathetic and uselessly shite the incompetent f**kers at orange are. Ace service, they're upgrades and rewards to customers are pretty good too Another bonus is that i'm never without signal, think vodafone has the most uk coverage. might not matter much in manc but it bloody well does in North Wales Meant i could ring my mum from the top of Snowdon
Tomm
I can't fault o2, the customer service has always been spot on, and they are the cheapest around for a text-heavy user. That said they have no good gprs packages.I've spent hours and hours on hold to O2 customer services (Probably another reason why my phone bill is so big), and they still owe me money for a faulty phone I bought 3 months ago Truly awful customer service. Although when you want to cancel your contract, you get through to their "customer retention" people straight away So I'm totally ditching them. The only problem is that because of their loyalty thing, I was only paying £12.50 line rental instead of £25, so if I got a new contract I'd have to pay full whack again.Anyone got a bad thing to say about Vodaphone? They seem to be winning at the moment.

Lee Cable
Dont change network buy yourself a o2 Genie Simcard. You have to top it up with £10 credit every month, and you get 300 free text messages, 1mb of free downloading/internet browsing. And i also believe, if u top up 15 pounds instead of 10, they are giving you 150 free minutes. From LeeP.s I also have a few spare.... Siders77
But that does't change the fact that O2 are shit does it?
Simpson
O2 genie 1ce you top up £10 a month you get 300 free texts and then still get your £10 call time or texts after youve used your monthly allowance so...£10 goes300X12p = £36.00+ £10 you get left over= £46 worth of allowancegot phone nicked and went stright back to genie with a deal like that for a pay as you go service so even if you dont use the texts and your phone sits in a draw you still have the £10 credit when you go back to itnever really needed customer care for O2 cost me 50p to get my PUK code which pissed me off though!
