geraldo453
HI guys, i want to buy a new stem and bar for my t-pro. At first i was going to get the zoo riser stem, and zoo riser bars. Then I thought, "what about the onza carbon bars?" and with that I would have got the onza t-master stem. My questions are:1) Will a onza t-master stem off tarty bikes work with riser bars?2) Are the carbon onza bars strong? (i am a very big boy, will it snap?) and are they light?3) What’s the difference between zoo riser bars and onza carbon bars except the price?4) What’s the difference between the zoo riser stem and the onza riser stem except the price?please post in your recommendations and answers. Thanks, Geraldo

Jared
Hey,I cant answer any of your questions apart from i do know that the onza carbon bars wont snap from general use as long as your general use isnt 30ft drops.Anyway JT of here has some onza carbon bars for sale and hes a good guy (just bought v12's) from him.His msn addy is jonathantrillo@hotmail.com If i was you i would buy the onza carbon ones they look bling and im sure they are very strong and light. Also JT should give you a good price. Also i would imagine the t-master stem would be absolutely fine with the carbon bars.Good luck. zoo
If it is the stem i am thinking of..it will NOT fit..the carbon risers are standard clamp size..the t-master stem is the biggerer size (cant remember them lol) but i know because i have a t-master stem and it didn't fit my onza bars..new stem you will need mmmm zoo
Mr Monty
The t master stem is very long and not to nice imo,if its a option get the monty set monty risers and carbon fiber stem they rock from cleanbikes. The onza carbon fiber bars don't have enuf rise for me i think the are to low but that i just my opion. there is also a new monty 221 pr stem out never used it might be worth a try? clean bikes hope i helped mr monty. Jaffacakes
The onza CF bars will fit fine in a T-master stem, It has a 31.8 clamp.Onza CF bars are light as anything and very strong (im running them at the moment). I have only heard of one pair snapping all together. If I was you I would go for Monty bars, they feel sexual. And ether a Monty or a echo team stem. am4zin
If I had the money to get the Onza carbon fibre bars I would - they're light and because they're carbon fibre the theory is that they should'nt fail due to fatigue stress, providing the bars don't get any deep scratches on them or anything (thats the theory anyway...). Mat Smith!
oh my god...T-master stem and Onza carbon risers fit.Would go for the Zoo bar and stem for a t-pro.But whichever you go for will work well.Mat
James_R
Monty Bar and Stem is by far the best combination i've come by for a Mod bike set-up. If your after a budget set up which you know you can trust parts wise, deffinetly go for the ZOO bar and Echo Stem (Zoo Stems are no longer made). The rise on the bar is perfect as is the length of the bar for extra control over the bike.
