Onzaallen
Hi guys and girls, I am going to be getting a new frame soon and i was thinking of the zona zip or zoo python so i need to know will all my parts fit from my bike (onza t-bird which has got a 19" rear wheel) fit the bikes? If not then which parts won't? I would also like to know what bike you lot think rides the best? As i have never had a shot on either and would not like to be disappointed if i don't like how which ever one i get rides. Thanks in advance Allen. Rich J
My choice would be the zona zip but try and ride both to see which you prefer the feel of.
Hobnobs
It will be incredibly different to your t-bird (about 40mm length), so try one beforehand, as you may not like them. Zips seem very hard to sell if you dont want it, so bear that in mind. All the parts should fit both frames. Except perhaps the BB which may be too short. Maybe try a short frame as well, because you may like those more.

onzatprodude
hi matetry and get yourself on a ride near to were you live there will be all sorts of different bikes there. most people dont mind you having ago of there bike i would deffinaty try a couple of short bikes and a couple of long because you dont want to jump in and waste money. ive had ago on a python and i didnt like it, it was too long (as im a short ar*e) and really hard to get onto the back wheel. but its all down to you and how it feels, personallycheers fergie
jimmy91
My choice would be the zona zip but try and ride both to see which you prefer the feel of.with the t-bird frame the forks r steel and are heavy as fook so are the bar and stem so a good idea is the zona zip frame well thats wat i'd go for just buy a feww more parts plus the frames are really no difference jus the price good luck !!! Onzaallen
Hi and thanks for the help so far. I am thinking of getting the zona zip even though by dad thinks i should go for the python .I think i will need to get a new bottom bracket so any suggestions preferably cheap but still good enough quality, Also forks also so cheap but still good enough quality and a stem that will make the bike i get nicer to ride than it would with my onza one.My dad wants me to get a new pair of the green zoo bars to go with the python and the new echo 06 green rims also to go with the python but they would also go well with the zona if i get it. I think i will get the green parts even if i get the zona but i need to know what does everyone think of the zoo bars and the echo 06 rims quality wise? The rims would have my onza hub and spokes if it is possible? Just it would be easy for my grandfather to build the hub and spokes onto the rim and it would save a bit of money as well.Cheers Allen. Ben Cox
if you get the python it wont come with bash mounts, so you cant fit a plate. This will work to your advantage as the t-bird crankset has a bashring on and this may rub on the bashplate of the zipBen
