Tomm
Could be anything. Does it turn on? Fans spin and stuff? Any beeps coming from inside the computer? Have you tried the screen on another computer? How about the spec of the PC? A little more info is needed.

Tomm
Power on self test. When you turn the computer on and it checks the ram, hard drives etc. Basically do you get ANYTHING on the screen? Do you have another video card you can use in it?

Danny
Take out and reseat everything and try again. Also try it with minimal stuff (ie no hard drives or cdroms and 1 stick of ram etc)
djdrewitt
just tried all that nothing happenedcould it off been a power surge because of too much stuff that might of blew the motherboard

RicH_87
did you read the motherboard manual?most have certain jumper settings you need to change before you use it.what with there being no beep i think its deffo not a gfx card or monitor problem.the fans running don't mean anything really. tank_rider
Sounds like wither a dead stick of ram, a dead mobo, or a gfx card. Does the graphics card require an external power connector? Also what is the graphics card (i.e gpu type, 6200, 6600, etc the amount of ram bares no significance compared to the gpu)
Lee Cable
I had the same problem when i built my old computer, fans would start bout thats all.I had forgot to put in the spacers between the case and the mobo. So i put them in and it worked Hope this helpsFrom Lee
