nb88
Got a bit of a problem with my king rear hub (classic) - standard axle. On the driveside, the allen key part (that is simply slotted into the axle) was spinning in it, so i couldnt tighten it up with the allen key bits either side. Managed to get it out with mole grips, now i just need to find a means of getting it to stay in and not spin. What do you think is the best glue or otherwise way to get it in? Theres araldite, but from past experience it doesnt work too well (on brake pads), super glue may work the best, or i could possible weld it but only as a last resort as its a bit risky.I'm gonna email aspirevelotech tonight and hopefully get a replacement, also has anyone had this problem before and are they OK to get back in? I'm guessing ill just use a block of wood and a hammer, and just make sure it goes in straight. Thanks for any help.Noz.P.s. ill get pics if u need Edited March 21, 2006 by Nozmeister
ScotchDave
If the driveside detached that means you've snapped yer axle mate.

Hobnobs
I think its just a sent it back and wait for them to send you a new one. Give them a few dollars and they may upgrade it to HD axle for you?
