E-mail them first of all to confirm the product is instock, and that they will ship to you, shipping might be extra which the website most likely won't tell you about, so if you were to order you'd most likely get an e-mail regarding increased postage costs.

Just e-mail them and see if there is any problem shipping to Aus, with regard to shipping to the uk and such, most of the time they are fine.... I have heard reports about them sending out wrong orders and such, but im sure if you e-mailed them to confirm everything beforehand it should all go alright...

They have messed me around so much in the past.

Saying they have tyres in stock, saying they emailed me that the didn't (but they didn't have me email addy) saying they got lost in the post, saying they havn't sent them, etc.

I cancled my order and they still charged me twice for one pair of tyres I didn't get.

I bought my base ta26 frame from there and when it came the threads in the bottom bracket weren't right so i rang them up and asked what i should do and they told me to post it back off to them and that they would have a look at it and send it back off to bike-it (the uk distributor of base products) if it wasn't repairable. bearing in mind the local bike shop had had a bash at cleaning the threads in the bb shell but didn't want to go any further and damage the threads for me.

I sent it off to them with standard 3-5 day post and got it back a week later with a note saying they had sorted the threads out in the frame and had given me a new bashplate and rubber block along with screws and other little frame bits... I still had the original bashplate and rubber block and bits at home so i had 2 sets of bits. Very helpfull and friendly on the phone.

I'm pretty sure that they are slow with their e-mails, i'm sure it was something like 3-5 days for a reply. If its not too much give them a ring. Or if you want, add someone to msn and get them to ring and ask bikedock the questions you want answering?
