rugbyman
I have to say that was the best British round I’ve ever been to. I was amazed at the atmosphere. It was fantastic. Well done to the organizers and riders and minders and sheep and rabbits. Everyone’s attitudes was for me impeccable, however I’m sure the rabbit was speeding. it was well weird seeing it appear out of the section. I do have however 2 complaints, (there's always 1 moaning old git) i was told there was NO SNOW. There was! I definitely saw some little bits! And my section has completely shagged me out, long down hill section (9) up and down like a pro's knickers I was. For the people who lay out sections.... nice circular ones are good Well done one and allI had a great dayMany thanks

danny B
not a bad trial but could have been better if they used more rocks and less grass and being at addingham they weren't short of rocks lol
Badboy
I agree.I think the sections werent thought out very well. There is so much scope there that the "practise" sections (sections 9, 10, 1 and 2) down the bottom shouldnt need to be used in the comp (def not for red/yellow routes)I remember going to a british comp there a few years back when those sections were bule/white only. ie there were two lots of sections set out.I also noticed that the entry wasnt that big! Maybe people were put off by the high entry costs? Who knows.Well done to all those who podium'd, an good luck to everyone for round 2. I'm looking forward to Kelly Farm

I'm looking forward to Kelly Farm think barrys covered it pretty much, the sections were to easy for a british round, asmost to easy.ever comp i have been to has ad 1 or 2 sections that when i think back to all the stupid mistakes i made i know i needed to use a dab on them to get out of.yesterday i was totaling up what i think i should have got it was 0 but what do i know i cant even clean what i consider to be easywas a great fun, which is why i ride trials thanks for all the time spent setting it up Edited March 20, 2006 by dave33
Waynio
people obviosly made mistakes though didnt they????that says to me the sections were ok???? everyone dropped marks, to my knowledge no one finished on "0"????Waynio.............................i thought the sections were fun and the hard bits were the bits that i took one of two ways, take a chance with or play them safe, and i literally went for them all, i tried most of it. dave33
dont think any one cleaned every section but with the level of talent there should have been, just shows how people tend to play safe and dab to get out of the section rather than try and ride it like which is how i think it should be thats how i rode them. as i either cleaned the section or 5'ed the section but all in all i must express how much fun i had on the day and many thanks again to the people who spent there spare time setting up a trial for us to ride
