Sam Oliver
allthough some websites really seem to love the creepy crawlers there is some problems with them1.wear rate mine are nearly bald after only 3months2.cracking down the centre of the tyre you will discover some quite tasty cracksbut on the good side i've not yet had a pinch and they do have amazing grip but wear rate and cracking really needs to be looked at by MAXXISmellon I wish our tyres lasted 3 months, if they last that long your'e not riding enough. Were are you riding your bike? street? these tyres are designed for natural.
Mark W
Be a real man and get a luna on there, the old school riders never had any problems with grip. As long as there's low humidity and no moisture on the tyre I love the grip the Creepy Crawlers give, but I hate the wear rate and the general feel of them. They are ridiculously grippy though which is cool. I don't really get how a tyre can be 'too sticky', but meh. I found they were fine for street stuff, but when I really wanted to do street I got out my REAL street 20"er Mine, on average, last about a month and a half. Equally, they crack like bitches, but nothing ever came of it. Just little lines on the bases of the blocks. Not the end of the world... joe_eyre
Have you used the newest Monty tyres? JT!
My Crawlers let me down doin a sidehop gap. I'd say it was more your technique than the tyre.I need a new tyre (rear) but ive been told that you cant run creepy crawlers on a 20" rim.Is this true?If it is what other other tyres are good for a 20" rim.ThanksIt is true. The front wheel is fine, you can put whatever 20" tyre you like on it.But you back tyre is 20", and most mod tyres are 19". So you could run a front tyre on the back, but your much better off getting in touch with onza and getting a t-vee rear tyre.

Yeah, onza stickyfingers tyres fir 20" rear, rear CC's definately don't I had to pour alot of boiling water on mine just to get it on a 19" Just got a rear CC and it feels so different from the tyre I used to have, lots more bounce!
