cvtrial
Practice all the time you got! Start to stand still and hold the balance, and in a while, try to stand on backwheel! If you already can do that!! Hope I helped you!

King C
I think one of the most important things is patience. You're not going to be amazing when you first start. Also keep at it, if you don't nail it first time, try again.

zoo
Always wear a helmet..learn to trackstand first....start on a slight up-hill ..and also i find turning the handlebars towards my good foot helps..i don't use brakes when doing this, and if you begin to roll backwards..slightly pedal against the roll...hope this helps a bitzoo God luck with trials mate
Spinksy
Best advice i can give is have NO FEAR. Fear holds most riders back and you have just got to do things else you will never get better and you get such a rush from doing stuff you are scared off.Live and Die 4 Trials
Lee Cable
Best advice i can give is have NO FEAR. Fear holds most riders back and you have just got to do things else you will never get better and you get such a rush from doing stuff you are scared off.Live and Die 4 TrialsFear can actually be a good thing mate. Sometimes it saves your life. But a good piece of advice would be, dont try something, thinking that your not going to do it. If your trying something new, be positive and think "yes i can do this". That always helps me. Hope this helped From Lee

mr_chisholm
Hey, A few tips to help you get on your way matey,1. The first thing i learn't was balance on two wheels no brakes just standing up trying to balance. - trackstand2. Brake control just try roling along and pulling one of your brakes to get familiarised with whats, what up front.3. Then i learn't to cranker to give myself control on the backwheel, - sound stupid but it works.4.Now you want to start bunny hoping lifting two wheels off the ground as far as you can. - helps your landings.5. Maybe a backhop if you feal up to it mind. - Its simple if you think of it in steps - Firstly pull an endo ( balancing on the font wheel) then switch to back wheel the let of the brake give a slight pedal and pull it on again, AND remember dont do it slowly or with no brake on you will roll out and fall so do it as quick as you can.6. Once you have backhops mastered you will be able to try droping of a cerb. To do this start backhoping towards the edge of a cerb then do one backhop once on the edge to get off the cerb and land it wont take anytime to land but when you progress to bigger drops you will feal it takes longer to land, bend yours knees on lading to make it smoother!! 7. Once and only once all these tips are mastered try finding yourself a small gap to try and cross. To gap you must first start backhoping towards the edge then give one large power backhop and spring towards the landing. Once you land let the front wheel land and ride of smiling!8. Always were a helmet.9. Ride with people better then you and watch just how its done.Hope i helpedCheersJaf
