If someone really wants to steal your bike, they will! I had two bikes stolen from uni in my first week, locks cut striaght though in the middle of the night. Do you own a bikelock, and do you think that it provides adequate protection?Yes - Well, yeah it locks the bike so something. So long as you put it though the frame and not a wheel with QR.I use a bikelock when leave my bike in my mates back garden, this is the only place where i leave my bike unattended. Most people won't lock their bike and sometime leave them outside the front door of their house for a few mins when they go get a drink etc. This is when bike's are more likely to get stolen.
