onzatprodude
hi mate im in the same situation. im running an acs on a monty too but couple of weeks back i was looking at either an eno or the new tensil freewheel. but the problem with the tensil is that i havnt heard of many people who have one as they just came out recently (or will be out soon) so there is no garentees on how good it is. i was thinking about an eno but pretty soon i will be needing a new back wheel so i think i am going to go for a profile as from what ive seen most people run them and i have heard more, better comments on them (imo) and vision wise they are more noticable and look really nice and have a wide range of colours to suit your bike. i have also recently checked tarty bikes and they have now got the chris king hubs in stock (check front page, have yet to update site) not sure on the price yet, but ill get back to you if i find out soon. i dont know anything about chris kings it was just another option. and see if any of these other people on the forum can help you out. cheers fergie. anzo
I'd go profile, you'll have a shit hot hub and hit two birds with one stone.Reason being you can have an eno, but still have a wank hub. On the otherhand you could run a profile and the choice of front sprockets doesn't alter much so with a profile you can't help but have a decent set up.Obviously profile is the more expensive/time consuming option, what with wheelbuilds n all, but you wont regret it
Spinksy
Yeah definitely get a Profile I had one on my GU 20" with all the new 06 Echo stuff which i had for 2 weeks then swapped for a VINCO lol.. But definitely get a Profile when i had mine it was well good. Sam why didn't you go for the Sponsor
JT!
The only freewheels anyone should be dealing with is the ACS's and ENO's and the tensile when it shows it's sexy face. All the other freewheels monty offer are worse than the ACS, and not worth bothering with.Anyway, go for the profile.
RandomHero
Do what im going to do.ive currently got an acs claw on my bike and i hate it!!i am gonna get a tensile freewheel as i have heard they are pretty good and for the money its a good price. Then i'll save up for the new echo hub, which is £120 on tarty. (not sure when it comes out)
