Krisboats
will you guys stop saying you'll have this "discussion" on msn later after every reply, you most blatantly both want the last word in this thread and so there's no need to put msn ho!!!edit. MSNBut yeah, MSN later on I guess...you might as well just finish it in here then lock the thread. anyways dude, anymore wear or have your pads settled down now? Mark W
Haha, yeah, I can't really be arsed with MSN at all any more, so I'm more often than not not on it... Anyways, I'm guessing over the space of a day they won't have become the uber-pads they're destined to be. Give it a few rides though and it'll all be gravy. UrbanLegend
I've noticed the same problem. Been using Plaz's on and off for years, always lasted me ages. I think it must have something to do with this batch... I've never had the ones with cuts in before. I've used about 50% in two days riding Hopefully they will settle down once through the inital material with the cuts in.
Big_J
yea i deffinately think theres something dogey about this batch of "plaz" pads.ive had some plaz pads in the past, and they didnt have any grooves in them, and they cirtainly didnt wear as quikle as these have!!ive got yellow brake dust all over my rim and hub from this, and ive only riden on the about 4-5times, and ive hardly got any pad left on the backings.at first i just thought that it was going to stop wearing sooooo fast, but im affraid they havent.prawney, are you sure they are plaz pads, because they dont really seem it to me Edited March 8, 2006 by Big_J

Tom Booth
Mine are on a smooth rim now and working awsome , but the grind tore them to shreads, 1/5th of the pad is missing on one edge
